Harvard ex-president Summers Steps Down from ChatGPT Maker's Leadership
One-time economic leader the Harvard professor is exiting the board at OpenAI, just a week after a collection of electronic messages between him and notorious criminal the accused trafficker became public.
He stated in a release that he was "thankful for the opportunity to have participated, excited about the potential of the company, and anticipate following their advancement".
Summers, who once led the prestigious university, declared on Monday that he would be withdrawing from public responsibilities due to his association with the convicted sex offender.
